2025年9月11日，“中泰一家亲”系列展示活动之“潮韵泰缘”文化展在汕头陈慈黉故居隆重开幕。本次活动由泰王国驻广州领事馆与汕头市外事局联合主办，广东省人民政府外事办公室悉心指导，不仅是中泰建交50周年系列庆典的重要组成部分，更搭建起一座连接中泰文化、深化民间情谊的桥梁。
On September 11, 2025, the "Thailand-China, Connected as Family" Series Event: Ties of Thailand, Tides of Teochew Cultural Exhibition, grandly opened at the Chen Cihong’s Former Residence in Shantou. Co-hosted by the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou and the Shantou Foreign Affairs Bureau, and under the guidance of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, this event is not only a key component of the series of celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Thailand-China diplomatic relations, but is also a bridge connecting Thai and Chinese cultures and deepening people-to-people friendship.
盛典启幕：共鉴文化交融新起点
Grand Opening: Witnessing a New Starting Point for Cultural Integration
开幕式现场气氛庄重而热烈。上午10时许，在嘉宾有序就座后，主持人以 “中泰一家亲” 为核心，回顾了两国半个世纪的友好交往历程，强调本次展览在纪念建交50周年节点上的特殊意义——既是对过往文化交流成果的礼赞，更是为未来深度合作搭建了宝贵的基础与前景。
The atmosphere at the opening ceremony was solemn yet enthusiastic. At around 10 a.m., after the guests took their seats in an orderly manner, the host, centering on the theme of " Thailand-China, Connected as Family", reviewed the five-decade-long friendly exchanges between the two countries and emphasized the special significance of this exhibition at the milestone of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations – it is both a tribute to the achievements of cultural exchanges in the past and a foundation and prospect for in-depth cooperation in the future.
泰王国驻广州总领事沈勇俊（Mr.Kajtiti Wiwatwanont）在致辞中高度评价“中泰一家亲”的深厚情谊。他重申，潮汕、海南等中国南方地区文化通过华人华侨在泰国落地生根，而饮食、生活方式等信仰及非物质文化遗产在泰国的传播，便是最佳见证。他期待，以本次展览为契机，进一步增进两国人民的文化联结与情感共鸣。
Mr. Kajtiti Wiwatwanont, Consul-General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Guangzhou, spoke highly of the profound Thailand-China friendship embodied by the concept of “Connected as Family” in his speech. He reiterated that Southern Chinese cultures, such as those of Chaoshan and Hainan, has taken root in Thailand through overseas Chinese, and the spread of beliefs and intangible cultural heritage such as cuisine, and lifestyle in Thailand is the best testament to this. He expressed the expectation that this exhibition will serve as an opportunity to further enhance cultural connectivity and resonance between the peoples of the two countries.
活动主办方代表在致辞中表示，此次展览旨在通过文化对话，探寻潮汕文化、海南文化等华人华侨文化与已和谐融入泰国社会文化中的侨胞文化在信仰与文化脉络上的共通之处。陈慈黉故居作为承载潮汕历史文化的重要地标，与泰国有着深厚的侨脉联系。选择在此办展，印证了中泰两国人民之间的深厚情谊，正是这种情谊推动了两国关系的蓬勃发展。汕头外事局相关负责人则指出，中泰文化交流是两国关系的重要基石，期待本次展览成为推动两地民间往来的新动力。
Representatives of the event organizers stated in their speeches on the Exhibition that aims to explore the commonalities in beliefs and cultural contexts of overseas Chinese such as Chaoshan culture, and Hainan culture that has blended harmoniously into Thai culture and society through cultural dialogues. Launched at the Chen Cihong’s Former Residence, an important landmark bearing Chaoshan's historical and cultural heritage with a profound overseas Chinese connection with Thailand, the Exhibition underline the cordial ties of the peoples of Thailand and China that have brought about the flourishing relations between the two countries. The representative of Shantou Foreign Affairs Bureau pointed out that cultural exchanges between Thailand and China are an important cornerstone of bilateral relations, and expressed expectations that this Exhibition will become a new driving force for promoting people-to-people exchanges between the two sides.
文化共舞：非遗与国术演绎双向奔赴
Cultural Co-Dance: The Mutual Embrace of Intangible Cultural Heritage and National Martial Arts
开幕式上，文化表演成为展现中泰交融魅力的亮点环节。首先登场的潮汕英歌舞，以刚健雄浑的舞姿、激昂奋进的节奏点燃全场——这支起源于潮汕的传统舞蹈，百余年前随侨胞传入泰国，如今已在泰国 15 个府落地生根，被誉为中泰文化纽带的 “活化石”。
At the opening ceremony, cultural performances emerged as a highlight that showcased the charms of Thailand-China integration. Taking the stage first was the Chaoshan Yingge Dance, whose vigorous and powerful movements and rousing, inspiring rhythm set the whole venue ablaze. Originating from Chaoshan, this traditional dance was introduced to Thailand by overseas Chinese over a century ago. Today, it has taken root in 15 provinces of Thailand and is hailed as a "living fossil" of the cultural bond between Thailand and China.
随后，中国国家泰拳队带来的泰拳表演与互动展示，展现了泰国国术的刚猛与细腻，让现场观众近距离感受泰国武术文化的深厚底蕴；而潮汕麒麟舞的压轴登场，以灵动的步伐、吉祥的寓意，将潮汕人民对美好生活的向往与中泰友好的愿景融为一体，赢得阵阵掌声。从英歌舞到泰拳，从麒麟舞到美食文化，不同文明的碰撞与交融，让“中泰一家亲”的理念更加深入人心。
Subsequently, the Chinese National Muay Thai Team took the stage with a dynamic Muay Thai performance and interactive demonstration, showcasing both the raw power and intricate finesse of Thailand’s national martial art. This up-close display allowed the audience to immerse themselves in the profound heritage of Thai martial culture. Closing the performance segment was the Chaoshan Kirin Dance: with its nimble movements and auspicious symbolism, the dance knitted together the Chaoshan people’s aspirations for a better life and the shared vision of Thailand-China friendship, drawing sustained waves of applause.
From Yingge Dance to Muay Thai, and from Qilin Dance to culinary culture, the collision and fusion of these diverse cultural elements have deepened the resonance of the "Thailand-China: Connected as Family" philosophy among those present.
双轨并行：展览与大赛点亮交流新形式
Dual-Track Advancement: Exhibition and Contest Illuminate New Forms of Exchange
本次活动创新性地采用“展览+大赛”双轨模式。其中，“中泰一家亲”系列展示活动之“潮韵泰缘”文化展将在陈慈黉故居持续至9月25日，通过形象的行李箱展板与立体装置的展现形式，系统呈现中泰文化在民俗、艺术、饮食等领域的交融成果。
而同期启动的“中泰一家亲”中泰大学生双语短视频大赛，面向广东、海南4所院校泰语专业的中国学生（广东外语外贸大学、汕头大学、海南热带海洋大学、海南外国语学院）以及就读于广东、海南两省任意高校的泰国留学生征集作品，鼓励青年以镜头捕捉中泰文化动人瞬间，用创意讲好中泰友好故事，共庆2025 年中泰外交关系建交 50 周年这一重要里程碑。
This event innovatively adopts a dual-track "exhibition + competition" model. Among them, the "Thailand-China, Connected as Family" Series Event: Ties of Thailand, Tides of Teochew Cultural Exhibition — will run until September 25 at the Chen Cihong’s Former Residence. Through vivid suitcase-themed display boards and three-dimensional installations, it systematically showcases the achievements of cultural integration between Thailand and China in areas such as folk customs, art, and cuisine.
Launched simultaneously, the "Thailand-China, Connected as Family" China-Thailand University Student Bilingual Short Video Contest calls for submissions from Chinese students majoring in Thai at four universities in Guangdong and Hainan (Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Shantou University, Hainan Tropical Ocean University, and Hainan College of Foreign Studies), as well as Thai international students studying at any university in the two provinces. The contest encourages young people to capture touching moments of Thailand-China culture through the lens and creatively tell stories of the friendship between the two countries, while underlining the 50

开幕式现场，中泰双方嘉宾共同上台参与启动仪式，在全场倒数声中点亮大屏幕，正式宣告文化展与短视频大赛同步启动。主办方表示，后续展览还将开启为期半年的巡展之旅，在9月13-14日广州南沙音乐秀场以及9月27日起在广州市新文化馆中的“从澜沧江到湄南河·广州站”展览中看到“中泰一家亲”的展览，让中泰文化交融的魅力走进广东的更多城市，吸引更广泛的公众关注。
At the opening ceremony, distinguished guests from Thailand and China took the stage together to participate in the launching ceremony. Amidst the countdown from the entire audience, they lit up the large screen, officially announcing the simultaneous launch of the cultural exhibition and the short video contest. The Exhibition will, subsequently, embark on a six-month tour.
The "Thailand-China Cultural Exhibition: Connected as Family" will be featured at the Guangzhou Nansha Music Venue on September 13 - 14 and the "Lancang to Chao Phraya - Guangzhou" exhibition at the Guangzhou New Cultural Center starting from September 27, bringing the charms of Thailand-China cultural integration to more cities in Guangdong and engaging a wider public audience.

开幕式尾声，嘉宾们共同参观展览、品尝中泰特色融合美食，在沉浸式体验中深化对彼此文化的理解。不少嘉宾表示，本次活动不仅让大家感受到中泰文化交融的多元魅力，更见证了两国友好的深厚根基。
Towards the end of the opening ceremony, guests visited the exhibition together and savored Thai-Chinese charactered cuisines, deepening their understanding of each other's cultures through an immersive experience. Many guests stated that this event not only allowed everyone to feel the diverse charms of the two blending cultures, but also witnessed the solid foundation of friendship between the two nations.
据悉，作为中泰建交50周年的重点文化活动，“中泰一家亲”系列展示活动“潮韵泰缘”文化展将持续发挥桥梁作用，通过文化展示、青年互动、巡展传播等多种形式，推动中泰在文化、经济、教育、民间交流等领域的深度合作。主办方期待，以文化为媒，让“中泰一家亲”的美好愿景在新时代绽放更耀眼的光彩，为两国关系发展注入更持久的文化动力。
It is learned that as a key cultural event marking the 50th anniversary of Thailand-China diplomatic relations, the "Thailand-China, Connected as Family" Series Event: Ties of Thailand, Tides of Teochew Cultural Exhibition will continue to play a bridging role, promoting in-depth cooperation between Thailand and China in culture, economy, education, people-to-people exchanges, and other fields through various forms such as cultural displays, youth interactions, and tour exhibitions.
